Our Clients Are Welcome to Visit Us in Person

Clients who accept our standard contingency fee retainer are welcome to schedule office appointments Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; for clients whose work schedule will not allow regular business hour meetings, after hours or weekend appointments are available; in the event that a client is unable to travel to our office but still wants to meet with his or her attorney in person, home appointments will always be offered.

If a client chooses our special discount fee program instead, but later decides that he or she would be more comfortable meeting with the attorney handling their case in person, those clients are welcome to visit either our Beverly Hills, California or  St. George, Utah  office.  Such clients will still receive the special discounted fee.  We can make this offer because past experience has proven that the vast majority of clients who opt for the special discounted fee approach are more than satisfied with that type of arrangement and rarely find the need to return to a more conventional, in person client-attorney relationship.
